អំពីសាកលវិទ្យាល័យ
ន័រតុន គឺជាសាកលវិទ្យាល័យឯកជនដំបូងគេបំផុតនៅក្នុង ព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា។ សាកលវិទ្យាល័យនេះ បានចាប់បដិសន្ធិឡើងដើម្បី ចូលរួមជាមួយរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាល ក្នុងការផ្តល់ នូវការបណ្តុះបណ្តាល ថ្នាក់ឧត្តមសិក្សាដល់សិស្ស និស្សិត ដែលមាន សមត្ថភាព និងមានបំណងពង្រីកចំណេះដឹងរបស់ខ្លួន។ ន័រតុន ផ្តល់នូវការបណ្តុះបណ្តាលឧត្តមសិក្សាមួយ សម្រាប់ទាំងអស់គ្នា ដោយមិន ប្រកាន់ ជាតិសាសន៍ ឋានៈ ពណ៌សម្បុរឡើយ។
ចក្ខុវិស័យ
សាកលវិទ្យាល័យន័រតុនមានគោលបំណងក្លាយជាសាកលវិទ្យាល័យមួយ ដែលទទួលស្គាល់ជាអន្តរជាតិក្នុងការបណ្តុះបណ្តាលអ្នកអាជីពប្រកប ដោយឧត្តមភាព ផលិតភាពនិងចូលរួមចំណែកជួយសង្គម និងសេដ្ឋកិច្ច នៃប្រទេសកម្ពុជាព្រមទាំង សហគមន៍អន្តរជាតិ។
បេសកកម្ម
សាកលវិទ្យាល័យន័រតុនមានទិសដៅបណ្តុះបណ្តាលនិស្សិតដែលអាចក្លាយជា៖
១. អ្នកមានអាកប្បកិរិយា និងស្មារតី សហគ្រិនប្រកបដោយចក្ខុវិស័យ
២.អ្នកអាជីពប្រកបដោយឧត្តមភាពដែលអាចឆ្លើយតបរាល់បញ្ហាប្រឈមនានា
៣.អ្នកមានគំនិតច្នៃប្រឌិតនិងសមត្ថភាពគ្រប់គ្រាន់ក្នុងការសិក្សាស្រាវជ្រាវ
៤. អ្នកអោយតម្លៃខ្ពស់លើការសិក្សារៀនសូត្រ និងមានស្មារតីប្រកបដោយ សុភវិនិច្ឆ័យ។
៥. អ្នកបណ្តុះ និងផ្សព្វផ្សាយនូវសន្តិភាព យុត្តិធម៌ និងការអភិវឌ្ឍន៍។
ដើម្បីសម្រេចនូវបេសកកម្មខាងលើសាកលវិទ្យាល័យន័រតុនប្តេជ្ញាចិត្តចំពោះ ៖

បុគ្គលិក៖ តាមរយៈការផ្តល់នូវការអភិវឌ្ឍន៍បុគ្គលនិងការបណ្តុះបណ្តាល ទាំងគ្រូ និងបុគ្គលិក។
