អំពីសាកលវិទ្យាល័យ
ន័រតុន គឺជាសាកលវិទ្យាល័យឯកជនដំបូងគេបំផុតនៅក្នុង ព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា។ សាកលវិទ្យាល័យនេះ បានចាប់បដិសន្ធិឡើងដើម្បី ចូលរួមជាមួយរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាល ក្នុងការផ្តល់ នូវការបណ្តុះបណ្តាល ថ្នាក់ឧត្តមសិក្សាដល់សិស្ស និស្សិត ដែលមាន សមត្ថភាព និងមានបំណងពង្រីកចំណេះដឹងរបស់ខ្លួន។ ន័រតុន ផ្តល់នូវការបណ្តុះបណ្តាលឧត្តមសិក្សាមួយ សម្រាប់ទាំងអស់គ្នា ដោយមិន ប្រកាន់ ជាតិសាសន៍ ឋានៈ ពណ៌សម្បុរឡើយ។
វត្ថុបំណងរបស់សាកលវិទ្យាល័យ
និស្សិត៖ តាមរយៈការផ្តល់សេវាអប់រំ ដែលមានគុណភាពខ្ពស់ ដោយជំរុញការ ស្រាវជ្រាវ និងការសិក្សាឯករាជ្យជាមូលដ្ឋាន។
បុគ្គលិក៖ តាមរយៈការផ្តល់នូវការអភិវឌ្ឍន៍បុគ្គល និងការបណ្តុះបណ្តាលទាំង គ្រូ និងបុគ្គលិក។
ប្រទេសជាតិ៖ តាមរយៈការលើកស្ទួយនូវ ប្រពៃណី វប្បធម៌ខ្មែរ សន្តិភាពយុត្តិធម៌ និងពង្រឹងផលប្រយេាជន៍នៃសហគមន៍ជាតិ និងអន្តរជាតិ។

សាកលវិទ្យាល័យន័រតុន មានគោលបំណងក្លាយ ជាសាកលវិទ្យាល័យ មួយ ដែលទទួលស្គាល់ជាអន្តរជាតិ ក្នុងការបណ្តុះបណ្តាល អ្នកអាជីព ប្រកបដោយឧត្តមភាព ផលិតភាព និងចូលរួមចំណែក ជួយសង្គម និងសេដ្ឋកិច្ចនៃប្រទេសកម្ពុជាព្រមទាំង សហគមន៍អន្តរជាតិ។
The University
Norton University is the oldest private university of Cambodia. It was established to complement the government in providing higher learning to a growing number of qualified people who are eager to advance their knowledge.
We envision that Norton University would become a Center of Higher Learning that would be open to all, regardless of beliefs, national origin, or social background.
