Welcome! On behalf of staffs, professors and students of Computer Science in Norton University. I very happy to show you the importance of Computer Skills and Mobile (Smart Phone) that the world is strongly interests and rapidly potential expanding in the technology of the world in this century.

Computer and Mobile Technology is a technology that growth rapidly and should be interested in this area, moreover we recognize that the 21st century is the century of technology especially computer technology and mobile development significantly.

All sectors are necessary need computer technology. In this sense, the success of competitive as necessary for the 21 century and it is a collaboration of research by scientists, engineers and business professional to find solutions and create a new work for the need of science.

In fact, Cambodian is the ASEAN community member that has vision of integration together in at the front short near the future. The integration will bring a lot of benefit in Cambodia. We raise a point of integration like required human resources for completion in this area. Do you prepare yourself for this completion?

We have known clearly about required development program and continue to develop metal education skills of our students respond to the needs of a particular social. We also share and contribute our resources to the development of the country and the region through high-quality teaching as well as new research findings for the nation and the world.

សូមស្វាគមន៍! ក្នុងនាមខ្ញុំតំណាងឲ្យ បុគ្គលិក សាស្ត្រាចារ្យ និង និស្សិត ផ្នែកកុំព្យូទ័រវិទ្យានៃសាកលវិទ្យាល័យន័រតុន មានសេចក្ដីរីករាយបង្ហាញលោកអ្នកពីសារៈសំខាន់នៃជំនាញកុំព្យូទ័រ និង Mobile Phone(ស្មាតហ្វូន)ដែលពិភពលោក កំពុងមានចំណាប់អារម្មណ៍ យ៉ាងខ្លាំងនិងកំពុងពង្រីកសក្ដានុពលយ៉ាងលឿនលើពិភពបច្ចេកវិទ្យានាសតវត្សនេះ។

បច្ចេកវិទ្យាកុំព្យូទ័រ និងMobile គឺជាបច្ចេកវិទ្យាទំនើប និងមានការលូតលាស់យ៉ាងឆាប់រហ័សគួរឲ្យ ចាប់អារម្មណ៍ នាយុគសម័យនេះហើយយើងទាំងអស់គ្នាបានទទួលស្គាល់ថា សតវត្សទី ២១ ជាសតវត្សនៃ បច្ចេកវិទ្យា ជាពិសេសបច្ចេកវិទ្យាកុំព្យូទ័រនិង Mobile Phone ដែលមានការអភិវឌ្ឍគួរឲ្យកត់សំគាល់។ គ្រប់វិស័យទាំងអស់ត្រូវការ បច្ចេកវិទ្យាកុំព្យូទ័រជាចាំបាច់។ ក្នុងន័យនេះភាពជោគជ័យសម្រាប់ការប្រកួតប្រជែងដ៏ចាំបាច់មួយសម្រាប់មនុស្ស សតវត្សទី ២១ នេះ គឺការសហការធ្វើការសិក្សាស្រាវជ្រាវពីសំណាក់ អ្នកវិទ្យាសាស្ត្រវិស្វករ និងអ្នកធ្វើអាជីវកម្មអាជីព ដើម្បី ស្វែងរក ដំណោះស្រាយនិង បង្កើតស្នាដៃថ្មីៗសម្រាប់តម្រូវការរបស់សង្គម។

ជាការពិតប្រទេសកម្ពុជាជាប្រទេសសមាជិកអាស៊ានដែលសហគមន៍នេះមានចក្ខុវិស័យក្នុងការធ្វើសមាហរណកម្ម នាពេលដ៏ខ្លីខាងមុខ។ ការធ្វើសមាហរណកម្មនេះវាមានតម្លៃធំធេងណាស់សម្រាប់ប្រទេសកម្ពុជា។ យើងសូមលើក យកចំណុចមួយនៃ ការធ្វើសមាហរណកម្មនេះលើផ្នែកការងារដែលទាមទារឲ្យយើងមានធនធានមនុស្សសម្រាប់ ការប្រកួតប្រជែងក្នុងតំបន់នេះ។ តើយើងបានត្រៀមលក្ខណៈ និងធ្វើអ្វីខ្លះសម្រាប់ការប្រកួតប្រជែងនេះ?

យើងបានយល់ច្បាស់ពីតម្រូវការនេះហើយបាននិងកំពុងធ្វើ និងបន្តរៀបចំកម្មវិធីសម្រាប់អភិវឌ្ឍន៍ពុទ្ធិ និង ជំនាញ ដល់និស្សិតរបស់យើងឆ្លើយតបទៅនឹងតម្រូវការរបស់សង្គមដ៏ជាក់លាក់មួយ។ តាមរយៈនេះយើងនិងរួមចំណែកចែករំលែកធនធានដែលយើងមានដើម្បីអភិវឌ្ឍប្រទេស និងតំបន់ តាមរយៈការបណ្ដុះបណ្ដាលប្រកបដោយគុណភាពខ្ពស់ និងការសិក្សាស្រាវជ្រាវស្វែងរករបកគំហើញថ្មីៗសម្រាប់សង្គមជាតិ សម្រាប់តំបន់ និង សម្រាប់ពិភពលោក។
